Residence is made up of over 100 4/5/6 and 8 bedroom houses in
a student village environment. The site will include a new laundry
and student common room, and is set amongst 8 acres of landscaped
lawns. The site offers plenty of space to relax, study or socialise
in the spacious properties and grounds with communal barbeque sites
and seating areas.

There is a dedicated accommodation management team
on site to deal with repairs, issues or concerns, and a reception,
which is manned 24 hopurs a day, overseeing security, as well as
an on-site maintenance team. |
